We are looking for a Lead - Content Strategy to shape and lead the brand’s storytelling across platforms, building a strong emotional connection with Millennial and Gen Z audiences. This role will be responsible for crafting a content ecosystem that blends aspiration, authenticity, and education—positioning lab-grown jewellery as both desirable and consciously chosen.
The role will drive end-to-end content strategy across digital, social, e-commerce, campaigns, and brand partnerships, ensuring consistency in tone, visual language, and messaging. You will translate brand values into compelling narratives that resonate with a digitally native audience.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own the overall content vision and strategy aligned with brand and business goals
• Build a distinctive brand voice that appeals to Millennials and Gen Z
• Lead content planning across social media, website, campaigns, email, and community platforms
• Oversee storytelling for product launches, collections, collaborations, and brand moments
• Develop education-led content around lab-grown diamonds, sustainability, and conscious luxury
• Collaborate with marketing, design, performance, and e-commerce teams for integrated campaigns
• Track content performance and audience insights to refine strategy using data-led learnings
• Manage and mentor internal teams, creators, agencies, and influencers |
