One of our clients, a new-age real estate development company redefining modern living in India, is looking for someone to hire in CRM team which involves end-to-end customer lifecycle post-booking from agreement execution to possession and beyond. The role is responsible for driving collections, managing customer communications, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely handovers, while working closely with Sales, Finance, and Projects teams.
Location : Faridabad | Work from Office | 6 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete customer journey from booking to possession and beyond.
Ensure timely agreement execution, welcome communication, and onboarding.
Design structured customer engagement touchpoints across lifecycle.
Drive collections as per construction-linked plans (CLP).
Develop and implement CRM processes, SOPs, and SLAs.
Continuously improve customer experience frameworks - in coordination with team.
Oversee documentation including:
• Builder Buyer Agreements (BBA)
• Demand letters
• Possession letters
