We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior EM of Technology to lead our global technology and data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data science, software engineering, and emerging technologies, along with a proven track record of scaling and managing high-performing tech teams. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s tech strategy, innovation roadmap, and digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and grow a technology team of 45+ engineers, data scientists, and product technologists, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive the end-to-end technology vision, including software engineering, data platforms, AI/ML innovation, and cloud transformation.
• Collaborate with product, business, and leadership teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.
• Build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence, while optimizing for efficiency and delivery speed.
• Oversee data science strategy and execution, enabling insights, automation, and advanced analytics across the organization.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor partnerships, and strategic investments in tools and platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, ML, GenAI, cloud-native solutions, big data) and incorporate them into the company’s roadmap where relevant.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and cybersecurity standards are embedded in technology practices.
Key Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, with progressive roles in Data Science, Engineering, and Technology Strategy.
• Proven ability to lead and scale large cross-functional teams .
• Strong background in data science, machine learning, and analytics-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing at the executive level.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational excellence.
