One of our clients, a rapidly growing RCC (Remote Capability Centre) that offers professional services in cross-functional solutions (Finance, HR, Tech, and Marketing), is looking to hire for a HR Generalist.
The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in an HR generalist role, driving end-to-end full-cycle recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding documentation, day-to-day HR operations, coordinate quarterly performance appraisals (including 360 evaluations), and handle exit management and offboarding formalities and much more.
