Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Performance Management System including KRA setting and multiple appraisal/feedback cycles
- Compensation & Benefits Management
- Ensuring adequate, timely and right manpower deployment
- Steer Learning & Development initiatives including TNI and Succession Planning to enable future skill and leadership readiness
- Statutory Compliances and Liaisoning with labour authorities
- Liaisoning with Distt. Administration & Village community to create favourable impact of company
- Maintaining a Great Place to Work for all culture, high on agility, accountability and innovation
- Initiate new employee welfare programs/policies & update existing programs
- Overall responsibility for Administration - security, canteen, horticulture, housekeeping, transport
- Ensuring budget control for HR, Admin, CSR and Corp Comm
- Fostering and creating a safety culture and supporting safety initiatives
- To ensure all certification and audit standards are met and adhered from HR and Admin perspective - BRCGS, ISO, GMP, Sedex, organisational guidelines, OHSAS
- Alignment of HR & Admin Strategy with business strategy and implementing it
- To devise predictive intelligence capability & take proactive action for Retention of Key Talent in light of competitor updates and developments
- Devising and executing a conscious Corporate Communication and marketing strategy to build online brand and presence
- Guide & steer various CSR initiatives to enable brand building in region and academia and environment
