• Define and refine target segments and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across outsourcing service lines to enable focused and effective market penetration.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing function to design and execute GTM strategies and build a strong, qualified lead pipeline.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure—driving consistent new business acquisition.
• Build, manage, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue predictability.
• Lead strategic outreach initiatives and client conversations, articulate value propositions, handle objections, and present regular performance insights to leadership.
