Description One of our client specialising inspection services and materials testing within the New York Metro area, and upholding a mission to "Help Build a Safer Infrastructure” is looking to hire for Senior Lead in Human Resources. - This remote role requires a professional who can effectively manage HR strategies and initiatives across different locations within the EST time zone. - You will be instrumental in fostering a culture that aligns with our core values and operational goals, while also navigating the challenges of a competitive market and limited resources. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business's objectives within tight operational budgets. - Design talent acquisition strategies to build robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs, aligning with market value and competitive positioning.
